Pour ces postes nous recherchons une personne motivée et rigoureuse.
Vous avez le goût du contact, le sens du service et un grand sens commercial.
Vos missions :
- Accueil des clients et prospects par téléphone et en face à face.
- Identification des besoins clients.
- Présentation, valorisation et commercialisation des offres de l’agence.
- Gestion et souscription des contrats d’assurances auprès des particuliers.
- Gestion des sinistres (de l’ouverture au règlement).
- Gestion d’un portefeuille clients particuliers : Suivi, relance téléphonique, fidélisation.
Un à deux ans d’expérience dans les domaines de l’assurance ou de la banque serait un atout important.
